Refund Policy

Every reading, unlock, subscription, lifetime purchase, and tip on Souls Matter is non-refundable. By completing your purchase you acknowledge that the digital content is delivered instantly, cannot be returned, and is sold as-is.

Please read the descriptions on our pricing page before you buy. Try the free natal chart first to see if our voice and approach work for you.

You can cancel any active Souls Matter+ subscription at any time from your dashboard or the Stripe billing portal. Cancellation stops future renewals — you keep access for the period you’ve already paid for. Past renewals are not refunded.

We don’t pro-rate partial months. We don’t refund accidental renewals. Set a calendar reminder if you want to cancel before the next billing date.

Souls Matter+ Lifetime is a one-time, final purchase. It cannot be refunded, reversed, transferred, or credited toward anything else, even if you change your mind, lose interest, or stop using the service.

Deep Dives, Compatibility, Tarot spreads, Synergy readings, and refresh credits are delivered the moment your payment clears. They are non-refundable, including in cases where you misenter your birth data, change your name, or feel the reading didn’t resonate.

Souls Matter is for entertainment, reflection, and self-exploration only. We make no claims about the accuracy, predictive power, or therapeutic value of any reading.

Tips are voluntary gifts and are non-refundable. Thank you for chipping in.

The only situations where we may consider a refund:

• Duplicate charge. If our system or Stripe charged you twice for the same item in error, we’ll refund the duplicate.
• Fraudulent charge. If your card was used on Souls Matter without your authorization, contact us immediately and dispute with your bank.
• Service failure on our side. If we failed to deliver the digital content you paid for and cannot deliver it within 30 days, we’ll refund it.

In any of these cases, contact us within 30 days with your receipt and we’ll investigate.

Please contact us before filing a chargeback. Filing a chargeback for a delivered digital product without first reaching out may result in your account being suspended and your access revoked.
