Souls Matter is a software product for entertainment and self-reflection only. Nothing on this site is medical, legal, financial, psychological, or therapeutic advice. By using Souls Matter you accept these terms.

All content on Souls Matter — natal charts, Human Design profiles, Gene Keys descriptions, numerology readings, tarot interpretations, AI-generated synergistic readings, daily transits, and every other reading or insight we provide — is offered for entertainment, reflection, and personal exploration only.

It is not, and is not intended to be:

• medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment;
• mental-health, psychological, or therapeutic counselling;
• legal, financial, investment, or tax advice;
• career, relationship, or life-decision guidance;
• a substitute for the advice of a qualified professional.

If you are struggling with your mental or physical health, please talk to a qualified clinician. If you are in crisis, contact your local emergency services or a crisis line.

Do not make medical, legal, financial, relational, or major life decisions based on anything you read on Souls Matter.

You must be at least 16 years old to create an account. By signing in you confirm that you meet this age requirement. We may close accounts that we reasonably believe belong to people under 16.

You’re responsible for keeping access to your sign-in email secure — anyone with access to your inbox can sign in to your Souls Matter account via magic link. We’ll never ask for a password, because we don’t have one.

Don’t share, sell, or transfer your account, your readings, or your subscription benefits. Lifetime purchases are tied to the email on the account at the time of purchase.

All payments are processed by Stripe. We never see your card details. Prices are listed in USD on the pricing page.

Subscriptions renew automatically on the same day each billing period until you cancel. You can cancel any time from your dashboard or via the Stripe billing portal.

All sales are final. See our refund policy for the narrow exceptions.

The software, design, copy, illustrations, AI prompts, interpretation libraries, and other content of Souls Matter are © Bow Tie Kreative. You may save and print your own readings for personal, non-commercial use. You may not republish, resell, sublicense, or train AI models on our content without our written permission.

Your birth data, charts, and personal readings are yours. You can request export or deletion at any time — see our privacy policy.

Portions of Souls Matter (notably the Synergistic Reading) are generated by third-party large language models. AI output can be wrong, contradictory, or strange. Treat it as creative prompts, never as truth.

You agree not to:

• scrape, crawl, or automate the site without our written permission;
• attempt to bypass paywalls, abuse founder codes, or otherwise misuse the system;
• upload someone else’s birth data without their consent;
• use Souls Matter for commercial divination, paid readings to third parties, or any service offered to the public as “professional advice”;
• do anything illegal, harmful, or harassing through the platform.

We can suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, no notice required.

Souls Matter is provided “as is” and “as available.” We make no warranties — express or implied — about the accuracy, completeness, reliability, suitability, or availability of the service. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Bow Tie Kreative and Souls Matter are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenues, data, opportunity, goodwill, or other intangible losses arising from your use of (or inability to use) the service — even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total cumulative liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these terms or the service will not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or (b) USD $100.

We may change, suspend, or discontinue any part of Souls Matter at any time, including readings, features, pricing, and these terms. If we shut the service down entirely, lifetime members will be given reasonable notice and access to export their data — but no monetary refund.

You may close your account at any time by sending us a message.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Alberta, Canada, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. You agree that any dispute will be heard in the courts of Alberta, Canada.

We may update these terms from time to time. If we make a material change, we’ll update the “Last updated” date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, notify you by email. Continued use of Souls Matter after a change means you accept the updated terms.
